A friend of ours has introduced me to World of Warcraft last week, shame on him. Both me and my husband had resisted for over a year, knowing we both can get quite addicted to MMORPGs. We both lived on Runescape for several years and heck, we met on Furcadia!
But I suppose it can't be unseen. I'm hooked. Every waking minute is spend on Warcrack now. ..Well, no, I'm not that bad. I did cook dinner today. *laugh*
I've made an orc named Leoki (hm, familiar name?) on Stormmaul, where our friend plays. I slowly feel less like a noob on there, but I've got a long way to go.
So.. why should you care? Well, I might actually draw some Warcraft stuff in the future. I think my gallery would benefit from some juicy orc booty.
In other news: Now that I am between jobs for the moment, I will have more time for commissions. Help keep my WoW addiction at bay: commission art!

Well, I did it.
I finally quit my job at Domino's. There was just nothing left for me there. I once took pride in what I did; customers praised my service, I believed in our product quality and value.. When you start losing all that, it just isn't working anymore. You start slacking and I refuse to be mediocre at anything I do. Everything in the store was constantly broken: the A/C couldn't keep the store under 95F, the production line has been busted for a month.. attempting to keep perishable toppings cool with bags of ice just doesn't work. I was fearing a food poisoning claim just about daily. Our owner kept raising the prices for a product that's quality was dropping by the week. I can't sell that.
Furthermore, the work enviroment became worse and worse. Disrespectful comments, drug use left and right, sexual innuendo at every corner.. when you have a 15 year old girl talk out loud about her love for rim jobs, you know you're in the wrong place.
The last straw was the owner, who publicly decided that my husband (the general manager) should fire my best friend. My husband was unsure on when and how he should do that, to which the owner replied that he could practice on me that evening.
It was pretty obvious by then that I'm nothing more than a tool.. a convenient two-for-one deal that came with my husband.
For now, I will focus on my artwork. Perhaps find another job on the side.. We'll see.
